Overview

Assist lead installers in bath/shower installations, learning trade skills.

Tasks

-Provide assistance with set up, demolition, clean up, loading and unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the bath space for install -Develop trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction -Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials -Attend team meetings and individual & group training workshops -Tools Provided: Bath Experts will provide all the tools and equipment necessary including PPE and company clothing -Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure all customers have a 5-star bath remodel experience -Responsible for assisting the lead installer with the installation of our bath and shower systems

Requirements

What You Bring

-Ability to routinely and safely lift/move items weighing over 50lbs -Attendance and punctuality is required -Consistent, year-round work -Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle -Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, renovation, etc.. is preferred -Ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level, etc. -Ability to use power tools as necessary
