Experience in either consulting engineering/architecture or the construction sector
Law degree and current Australian practising certificate
Strong understanding of procurement models and contract law
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Contracts: Drafting, negotiating, and advising on engineering and construction agreements, ensuring smooth contractual setup, compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures, and risk mitigation. Experience with D&C, ITC, EPCM, and Alliance models is essential.
5–10 years’ post-qualification experience
