Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, Technical Writing or a Technical degree or equivalent

Experience in technical writing in a field related to mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing or engineering technology
3-5 years of relevant experience (with some B2B experience)
Sound interpersonal skills to establish meaningful relationships built on mutual trust and respect, navigate and resolve conflict, moderate behaviors, and foster collaborative working relationships amongst a diverse audience.
Good project management abilities, with superb writing and copyediting skills.
Experience working in a manufacturing company.
Able to write, edit and work quickly, be self-starting, and be punctual in preparing materials.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and presentation). Able to liaise with key stakeholders outside the marketing function and present compelling information and messaging.
