  • Oversee and review engineering reports, calculations, and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Work directly with state agencies, municipalities, and design/build contractors to develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
  • Play a key role in business development efforts, leading/assisting proposals, engaging with clients and presenting innovative solutions.
  • Lead the structural design of complex and conventional transportation infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, and walls.

  • Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges.
  • Development of calculations using Excel and Mathcad. Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
  • Experience with MassDOT project is highly preferred.
  • 8+ years of structural design experience in bridges and transportation infrastructure.
  • PE License is required, preferably from Massachusetts.
  • Expertise in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, CSI Bridge, VBridge, LEAP Bridge, LPile, and more.
  • Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
