Tasks

-Supervise the Concierge Team and handle a high volume of Meeting and Event reservations. -Develop, implement, and expand the scope of responsibilities for Concierge Services operations. -Ensure efficient handling of all HR matters in alignment with JLL policy. -Oversee the day-to-day operations of conference center activities, encompassing corporate team meetings and events. This includes managing catering, off-site activities, and corporate initiatives. -Manage and assist in concierge office operations, including mail processing, badge management, and customer service. -Establishes appropriate channels and timeframes for team communication. -Offer support to Atlassian and JLL onsite teams, covering Site management, IT services, Catering services, and Facilities Team. -Coordinate coverage of the position in case of absence. -Provide assistance for emergency response requirements and serve as a floor warden when necessary. -Pays attention to detail and offers effective support to ensure consistency. -Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of the Concierge team. -Applies a risk management approach to all operational aspects.

-Proficient in time management, organizational skills, and planning. -Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels. -Proven ability to implement holistic long-term solutions and strategies. -Motivates and empowers the team. -Knowledge of corporate meeting services or the hospitality industry preferred. -Desirable: Proficient skills in G-Suite, Confluence, Jira, Coupa. -Strong communicator with excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills (English); also an attentive listener. -Maintain high standards of professional and personal presentation consistently. -Bachelor’s degree. -Demonstrates the capacity to handle ambiguity and effectively solve complex problems. -Adaptable to change and resilient in stressful situations. -Demonstrates a proactive and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement. -Provides clear and concise responses to questions. -5+ years supervisory or management experience in hospitality, events, meeting planning, and/or knowledge of the hospitality industry. -Possesses a customer service-oriented attitude. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise professional manner. -Analytical with a proven ability to solve problems using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
