Design commercial and industrial projects using AutoCAD/Revit from concept through construction.

Tasks

-Collaborate effectively with project managers to ensure project deadlines are met with speed and accuracy. -Be introduced to projects immediately and contribute to their development from day one. -Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in all design work. -Utilize AutoCAD and REVIT Architecture to create comprehensive design plans. -Assemble all phases of drawings, including Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Documents (CD) with minimal guidance.

What You Bring

-Recent graduates with significant intern experience in Revit are encouraged to apply. -Ability to work long hours and maintain self-motivation. -Strong understanding of commercial and industrial construction. -Capability to take direction well and work harmoniously with team members. -Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT Architecture. -Experience with renovation projects is preferred. -Experience in architectural design and drafting. -Experience managing architectural workstation computers is a plus.
