Tasks

-Brand Representation: Attend exhibitions, deliver CPD presentations, and actively participate in marketing and sales campaigns. -Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers at all levels within the distribution network. -Technical Expertise: Provide onsite technical support and advice, working closely with the technical sales team. -Strategic Growth: Build a robust specification program, control pricing strategies, and implement tailored sales plans for key customers in collaboration with the National Sales Manager (NSM). -Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to product compliance obligations, fostering a culture of excellence within your team. -Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal sales, operations, and technical offices to deliver seamless customer service. -Sales Excellence: Generate and manage quotations via CRM systems, and handle technical product queries both on-site and by phone.

What You Bring

-UK Drivers licence -Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. -Knowledge and contacts within Merchants and buying groups. -Proven field-based sales experience -Strategic thinking with the ability to implement effective sales strategies. -Confident and persuasive presentation skills, both to customers and senior stakeholders. -Knowledge of heavy-side materials you could have sold, insulation, paving, timber, bricks, blocks, roofing or any building envelope product. -Exceptional people management and interpersonal skills.
