-Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently, while maintaining quality of work; -Strong design skills and able to implement design concepts, organize presentations, and prepare design and construction documents; -Team player who contributes to a positive and effective work environment; and -Creative problem solver who enjoys working on a diverse range of exciting projects. -Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree from an accredited school of Architecture; -Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); -Excellent communication with clients and colleagues; -Demonstrated interest in historic preservation and adaptive reuse;
