- Exemplify Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policies, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of technical design documents under limited supervision.
- Generate and/or update technical drawings, figures and models.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals under limited supervision.
- Participate in the planning and completion of geological/geotechnical site investigations. This may include instrumentation, logging, sampling, and field testing.

- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and satisfactory Driver's Abstract, per Stantec's Safe Driving Policy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with geosciencerelated software programs is an asset (ArcGIS, Leapfrog, etc.).
- Seeking 0 to 6 years mining industry or consulting experience. Coop or Intern experience is applicable.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geoscience, or related field
- Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and oral communication).
- Ability to conduct work in a safe manner maintaining a high degree of situational awareness.
- Work experience in mining or resource industries is an asset.
- G.I.T., registered with Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC) or Alberta Professional Engineers Geoscientists Association (APEGA).
