Lead architect overseeing design, documentation, and construction for municipal projects.

Tasks
-Prepare conceptual renderings, bidding and construction drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates -Partner with Senior Architect, and project management staff on current/upcoming projects -Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets -Mentor junior-level staff as needed -Visit work sites to assess and understand project conditions -Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize, design, and execute projects -Technical report writing and presentation work

What You Bring
-NCARB Certification -Able to build strong collaborative relationships with coworkers -Must be proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams -Strong communication, organizational and time management skills -Possesses excellent attention to detail -Prior experience working on municipal projects in the design-bid-build delivery method/approach is preferred -Minimum 5 years Architecture work experience in an engineering environment -BS Degree in Architecture -Registered Architect required -Strong design and graphics skills -Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines efficiently -Revit proficiency strongly preferred -Knowledge of architectural discipline standards, codes, and systems -Keep current with continuing education credits as required for maintaining professional license
