The Role
Overview
Deliver pension admin services for DB & DC members, supporting queries and processing benefits
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Support other work in fulfilment of the Resource Plan as and when required -Process pension case workflows across a wide range of DB Sections of the Fund -Respond to DC Section queries, liaising with the Fund’s DC Administration provider -Learn the fundamentals of pensions administration and how pensions schemes should be administered to comply with legislation -Providing information to members -Process the payment of scheme benefits to pensioners -Creating and maintaining pension scheme member records -Resolution of internal and external queries via telephone, email and letter.

What You Bring
-Proficient in Microsoft packages, notably Excel and Word -A person with the enthusiasm to inject new ideas within the business and an ability to apply current thinking from academia -The ability to adapt, multitask and flex to change -Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent) and with a strong educational background -Able to work to strict deadlines and SLAs -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complicated ideas in a concise and clear way -Strong analytical and data interrogation skills -Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as a team player, proficient in managing your own workload
