What You Bring

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the vertical construction phase of an 18-unit single-family residential community. This position plays a critical role in coordinating day-to-day construction activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that the project progresses on schedule and within budget. -5+ years of experience as a superintendent on residential ground-up projects (SFD or multifamily) -Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and vertical build coordination -Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus -Experience in sourcing or qualifying new subcontractors is a strong plus -Excellent communication and leadership skills -Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and on-site safety
