Tasks

-Advising client of actual progress and related cost implications. -Developing potential recovery plans for time and cost. -Report writing & preparation of charts & graphs to support and present analysis -Reviewing and analysing complex construction schedules and provide opinions, advice and reports as necessary on project progress as well as predictions of the work using Primavera P6 -Reviewing and analysing construction claims and providing opinions, advice and reports as necessary on contractual entitlement and quantification of damages suitable for use in dispute resolution proceedings including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. -Managing the Integrated Master Schedule -Visiting active construction projects and investigating work progress. Confirming progress is consistent with the project schedule and other project records.

What You Bring

-Proficiency with Primavera P6 -Ability to work to tight deadlines -Previous experience working on data centre or other major projects is desirable -Good written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills. -Demonstrable experience working in a scheduling role -CPM scheduling and hands-on use of Primavera P6 software for project controls and evaluation of delays. -Ability to engage with the client and key stakeholders at all levels.
