Tasks

-Work closely with architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. -Provide technical expertise and communication on MEP-related topics with clients and stakeholders. -Design and plan sustainable mechanical systems for lab facilities, commercial buildings, and institutional projects. -Lead and manage a portfolio of Science & Technology (S&T) projects, from early concept through construction completion. -Utilize advanced HVAC design principles to optimize building performance and sustainability. -Act as Engineer of Record, ensuring compliance with building codes, client expectations, and project specifications. -Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and staff management for assigned projects. -Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering professional development and technical excellence.

What You Bring

-Professional Engineering (PE) license required. -15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering and HVAC system design. -Extensive experience in Science & Technology (S&T) sector projects, including lab design. -Experience working in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. -Strong knowledge of Building and Mechanical Codes and Standards. -LEED AP BD+C accreditation and WELL Certification preferred. -Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Trane Trace, IES, and MS Office for complex calculations and designs. -Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
