Overview

Part‑time communal cleaner maintaining cleanliness in residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• deep cleaning

Tasks

-Deep & Clinical cleaning as required -Removal of waste from internal litter bins -Cleaning toilet facilities, hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap and towels -To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces, including cleaning of internal glazing within easy reach -Vacuuming carpeted areas, including barrier matting -Cleaning in communal areas (stairs & landings), also office spaces

What You Bring

-Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative -Ability to work to laid-down schedules. -Please Note: Confirmation of appointment will be subject to completion of a satisfactory Basic DBS check. -Good timekeeping and attendance are important -Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety
