  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Current passport with no travel restrictions.
  • Client Management: Experience working with blue-chip companies is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel internationally is a must, with experience in overseas markets including the US, China, Southeast Asia, and Europe, with potential travel periods of up to two consecutive weeks and 50% overseas
  • Technical Sales Experience: Proven track record in a similar role with experience managing SMEs to large blue-chip clients on a global scale.
  • The role involves significant overseas travel (over 50% of travel), as most of our clients are located internationally, primarily in the Middle East.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data and inform business decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Compliance and regulatory knowledge in various international markets is advantageous.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Full and current driver's license.
  • Experience working with blue-chip companies is highly desirable.
  • Multilingual Skills: Bilingual or multilingual candidates will gain a significant advantage.
  • B2B experience is essential.
  • Extensive experience in managing relationships with SMEs to large clients on a global scale.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with international market regulations will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in key account management and business development, ideally within the manufacturing sector, particularly in fabrics or textiles.
