Tasks
-Assist with move out documentation -Entering the system and tracking maintenance work orders. -Processing all accounts payable documentation. -Performing unit inspections -Creating Homes for People Who Need It Most: Providing new beginnings for residents seeking affordable, safe and high-quality housing where they can thrive. -Preparation and distribution of various community notices. -Walk vacant units

What You Bring
-Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen. -Operational Excellence: You’re deadline driven, with a keen eye for detail, compliance, and quality. -Dependability: Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. -Technically Savvy: You have great computer skills and fluent with Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Yardi is a big plus. -Experience: 1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD / Section 8 experience a big plus. Or, 3 years previous experience in a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience.
