Tasks

-Conduct regular meetings with clients on Teams to conduct account reviews, achieve renewals and sell additional products -Understand and communicate regular product updates to your clients -Accurately log your client interactions on the CRM system -Provide an unrivalled account management service to your allocated set of clients -Effectively manage regular client contact levels to ensure you are serving your accounts effectively -Ensure client requests, requirements, queries and training requirements are met, in a timely manner and always to an excellent standard. -Understand your clients and match their needs to the Barbour ABI product portfolio -Provide feedback from clients to the business, so we can continually improve our offering -Achieve monthly revenue targets on account renewals
