Overview
Manage and improve ServiceNow HRSD module, supporting HR service delivery and automation.

Tasks
-Provide end-user support, training materials, and documentation for global HR teams. -Execute and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing for system changes and defect fixes. -Supporting Product Owner to develop solutions to system challenges, collect user requirements, research technical practices, engage with the SAP SuccessFactors community and user groups to stay on top of leading practices -Collaborate on the ServiceNow roadmap, suggesting innovations and improvements. -Partner with HR, IT, and security stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. -Action ‘administrative’ continuous improvements and changes (e.g. skills updates, response templates, document generation templates, catalog form changes, small updates to services) within the HRSD module. -Ensure compliance with global data privacy, security, and governance standards. -Develop and enhance HR workflows, catalogue items, UI policies, business rules, notifications, and reports. -Administer and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Onboarding/Offboarding. -Maintain platform health through upgrades, patching, cloning, data integrity checks, and performance monitoring.

What You Bring
-Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills. -ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is desirable but not essential.. -Problem solving and effective communication. -ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR (CIS-HR) desirable but not essential. -Ability to work across time zones and cultures in a global matrixed organisation. -Experience of ServiceNow system administration, ideally with HRSD module experience. -Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms), as well as project and time management skills. -Experience working in an agile environment preferred. -HR Operations exposure with a focus on employee lifecycle management. -Experience in working collaboratively to solve complex problems. -Ability to organise and prioritise.
