-Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within first trip -Communicate with internal teams’ necessary information to provide our clients with the most cost effective, efficient solutions -Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services -Operating and maintaining company vehicle in a safe and professional manner

What You Bring

-Ability to use multiple types of power and hand tools -Valid driver’s license with clean driving record -Team orientated player with ability to work independently -Ability to coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls -Demonstrate a strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience -Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines -Flexibility to travel within tristate area when needed -Ability to conduct repairs such as, but not limited to; patching drywall, painting, replacing drop ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and any other building maintenance tasks
