Tasks

-Ensure all onsite operations are conducted safely, on-time, on-budget and to our quality standards. -Oversee the financial health of your project from preconstruction through delivery. -Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements. -Lead and inspire the professional growth and development of all team members. -Build strong client/owner relationships and support business development efforts. -Regularly prepare and present communications to clients, as their main point of contacts.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management/related field. -7 years of experience managing multimillion-dollar construction projects. -Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders. -Proficiency with construction technology, construction management and BIM software (Procore, Navisworks, Blue Beam preferred.)
