-Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation -Support the improvement of HSE performance via product design and operational guidance, ensuring safety is given top priority. -Translate market needs into technical specifications and product requirements -Provide support and mentorship for team members -Conduct feasibility studies, failure analysis, and implement design improvements -Apply engineering principles to ensure product performance, reliability, and manufacturability -Lead the design and development of new products and enhancements to existing ones -Support manufacturing, testing, and operations teams with technical guidance
