Tasks

-Raise the Bar -LMA (Leading, Managing, Accountability) – will oversee a small team within your responsible squad -Property Marketing/Comps – preparing a market analysis and regularly updating clients on marketing progress -Collaborates with the Turnover Managers and Assistant Leasing Managers -Reviews and approves associated invoices for approval -Work Order Management – inspection reports, vendor negotiations, managing contractors

-Financial Acumen -Able to work remotely, on-site, and independently -Legal and Compliance Knowledge -Strong interpersonal skills -Problem Solvers -Disciplined and self-motivator -Real Estate License (Required) -Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Word, Sheets) and Mac OS -Ability to climb ladders up to 3 feet -Marketing knowledge -Continued relationship building with client, vendors, and other team members -California Real Estate License (required) -Smart time management skills and supporting with strategy -Strong attention to detail -Bachelor's (Preferred) -Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) -Excellent verbal & written communicator (most communication is done via email/phone) -Growth Mindset -Minimum of 2 years of Property Management/Real Estate experience (required) -Instinctive foresight – naturally sense and anticipate issues before issues occur -Clean Driving Record -Supervisor or some leadership experience -Property management: 2 years (Preferred) -Ability to lift 25 lbs. -Strong multi tasker -Able to stand walk for 4-6 hours -Driver's License (Required) -Owner/client experience – provides high level communication to clients (landlords) -Strong customer service -Proven track record of professionalism/composure under pressure
