Testbench Architecture & Debug Mastery Cross-functional Communication & Strategic Thinking Expert-Level ASIC Verification & UVM Diagnostics -Proven ability to architect and build complete test environments from the ground up. -Able to build a balanced and high-performing team aligned with project goals. -Experienced in interviewing and technically qualifying candidates, including: -Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development cycles. -Extensive experience in developing and maintaining UVM-based testbenches, including: -Strong diagnostic capabilities for debugging complex SoC/ASIC designs, using waveform analysis, simulation logs, and coverage metrics. -Demonstrated success in leading verification teams, setting technical direction, and ensuring delivery quality. -Skilled in mentoring junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. -Capable of translating verification goals into strategic plans, managing timelines, and reporting progress to stakeholders. -Experience with industry-standard tools such as Questa, VCS, Xcelium, and debug environments like Verdi or DVE. -Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across design, architecture, and software teams. -Skilled in implementing assertions, functional coverage, and analyzing coverage results to identify and fill verification gaps.
