Conduct cost/benefit and buy/build analyses, present findings to management, and make recommendations
Provide expert-level support for processes including but not limited to Field Operations and Field Project Management
Evaluate the current state of business technology resources and identify new technologies or upgrades/enhancements to existing technologies that have the potential to improve business performance
Serve as a liaison between development teams and the internal/external customer or end user
Communicate requirements to the development teams through the use of specifications, statements of work, project plans, or other forms of documentation
Follow an established requirements gathering process to identify requirements
Provision of specifications on the way the new system will be operated
Conduct task analysis and interact with system users to identify opportunities for productivity, integration, and cost efficiencies
