Tasks
-Produce and maintain accurate site records and reports -Assist in the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are completed safely and on programme -Help manage site logistics, temporary works, and sequencing of activities -Contribute to planning meetings and progress reviews with project managers and clients -Monitor quality standards, health & safety compliance and environmental performance -Build relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to support effective project delivery -Develop an understanding of commercial processes and cost control -Support the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and site teams

What You Bring
This role will be based in the London region, where you’ll work within our Regional Building and South East team. Flexibility to travel across project sites in the region will be required as part of your development. -Good communication and teamwork abilities -A practical mindset with attention to detail and quality -Support towards professional accreditation (CIOB, ICE or equivalent) -Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges -A degree (or expected in 2026) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline (2:1 or above) -Previous site or construction-related experience (desirable but not essential) -A full UK driving licence (or working towards by the time you start)
