Tasks

This role will be responsible for supporting and growing our residential and commercial customers bases across the territory. -Utilise Salesforce CRM to manage client accounts, track customer interactions, and streamline sales processes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. -Comply with all Stramit safety policies and guidelines. -Fostering strong relationships with Stramit’s internal and external stakeholders to ensure outstanding customer service delivery. -Build and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively expanding Stramit’s Residential and Commercial customer base. -Monitoring customer activity and market conditions to identify new and innovative opportunities. -Develop and implement segment planning strategies, monitor KPI’s and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

What You Bring

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Residential team as an experienced Account Manager! This role is designed for someone hungry for sales, who thrives on working lead generation and loves getting out and building relationships with our customers. This role is a full-time permanent opportunity, located at our Queanbeyan site. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. -Positive attitude and strong resilience in a competitive environment. -Full working rights in Australia without restrictions. -Possess a genuine passion for sales with a talent for driving results and closing deals. -Tech savvy with experience using customer relationship management (CRM), Salesforce or similar. -Experience in a similar Sales role and like-minded industry is ideal (however full training will be provided around Stramit and Fletcher Building) -Strong experience in sourcing customers, relationship-building, and account management.
