Tasks
-Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction in order to meet or exceed the established sales and gross profit goals, and to increase profit sharing. -Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to our showroom customers. -Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned. -Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer. -Keep showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed. -Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, and stay engaged with customers from the beginning to the end of projects. -Use sales reports and sales forecasting tools to meet or exceed established sales targets. -Effectively use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word) to communicate via email, to maintain customer contact files and appointment calendars, and to create and analyze reports. -Articulate your showroom value proposition to get your customer's attention, engage them, teach them, and show them the value you provide. -Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections, review product specifications, pricing, and availability. -Join industry associations and attend professional events to stay informed about design trends, new products, and to build business relationships. -Determine customer needs, direct them to the best products to address their needs, discover potential hurdles, and keep the sale moving forward. -Process showroom sale returns and refund paperwork in accordance with Company policy and procedure.

What You Bring
-Demonstrate a deep product knowledge related to kitchen/bath trends and be able to answer customer questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell. -Be knowledgeable of kitchen and bath design trends. -Be able to overcome objections by understanding customer needs, providing targeted solutions, and closing the sale. -Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. -1+ years' experience in customer service or sales, plumbing showroom sales preferred -Be able to plan, organize, and multi-task. -Be able to build positive working relationships and inspire teamwork with co-workers. -Possess a proper and valid driver's license. -Be able to learn and operate the computer related systems used to process orders. -Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred -Read, write, speak and understand English. -Demonstrate outstanding customer service and verbal/telephone communications skills. -Be able to build influential relationships and trust with key vendor partners.
