Tasks

-Conducts title searches and title reviews; prepares analysis of legal obligations for potential legal actions -Applies specialized knowledge to sophisticated work assignments requiring interpretation of legal obligations, preparation of easements, amendments, assignments, releases and other land contract documents -Provides solutions to various problems of moderate complexity to assist company partners -Mentors other land records personnel or contract support -Develops strategies for handling costs related to rental payments and ownership updating

What You Bring

-Required: High school diploma/GED -Preferred: Some college or Associates degree in business or related field -Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field -Preferred: Bachelor’s degree -Detailed knowledge of land records management strategies -Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in land records management/data management systems and title specialist experience -Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority -Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in data management systems -Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
