2026 GSE Production Internship

Overview

Summer internship analyzing multifamily loan assets and supporting CRE finance.

Tasks

-Participate on business development calls and meetings with loan Origination teams. -Compose Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae narrative packages for proposed loan sales and MBS securitizations. -Evaluate property operating statements and perform initial due diligence on loans collateralized by multifamily assets. -Research commercial real estate market trends utilizing internal and external databases and resources. -Collaborate with Investment Sales Brokers, Investment Bankers, and other W&D service provides to advise clients on their commercial real estate investments.

What You Bring

-Have a passion for learning about commercial real estate -Have strong communication skills and personal drive -Developed organizational and time management skills -Demonstrated professional maturity -Must be enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an undergraduate program at an accredited university -Demonstrated analytical skills -Introduction to senior leadership -Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders -Must be able to commit to the 10 week program beginning June 1st and ending August 7th -Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S. -Strong attention to detail -Learning about the different parts of the transaction cycle -Relevant work experience a plus -Must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA -Ability to take initiative and work independently -Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
