-Project Context & Challenge Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of the technical and operational context of manufacturing projects, including current challenges, constraints, and opportunities for improvement. -Technical Support: Provide engineering expertise and support across various stages of project execution, from concept through to implementation and review. -Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle. -Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing operations. -Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project plans and roadmaps that address outstanding issues and align with strategic objectives.
