Tasks

-Maintain delivery records to ensure that the necessary Security Clearances are in place for smooth project allocation. -Provide guidance and support to project teams in resource-related matters, including staffing, skill requirements and resource allocation. -Champion of equality, diversity, and inclusion – creating a collaborative “one sa.global” environment where everyone feels valued. -Maintain and update resource schedules, skills database, and resource bios so everyone’s talents are visible and ready. -Monitor resource utilisation and capacity, proactively identifying gaps or conflicts and raising any risks. -Provide clear, actionable reporting on bookings, capacity, and utilisation trends to support strategic workforce planning. -Analyse project demands, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resource allocation plans. -Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales, HR, and global sa.global teams to understand upcoming resource needs. -Foster strong relationships across teams to ensure optimal utilisation and smooth project delivery.

What You Bring

-Comfortable using resourcing tools and platforms, such as Resource Guru and MS Excel. -Professional, courteous, and respectful in interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels. -Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive under pressure. -Self-sufficient and proactive, able to manage tasks independently while collaborating across teams. -Experience using AI tools and data-driven insights to streamline resourcing processes, improve talent matching accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency. -Strong understanding of key technology roles – developers, architects, PMs, consultants, and more. -Hands-on experience in resourcing or workforce planning, ideally within a Tech or Professional Services consultancy. -Top-notch communication skills – you can clearly engage with teams, stakeholders, and clients alike.
