Tasks

-Manage asset-related documentation, including insurance applications, equipment certifications, and regulatory compliance. -Contribute to process optimization and operational excellence in a global setting. -Track financial discrepancies and collaborate with finance and operations teams for corrections. -Conduct regular inspections, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency. -Analyze service data to generate weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying trends and deviations. -Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and job site operations. -Engage in cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and service teams. -Verify and reconcile rental project settlement data, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on pending resolutions. -Compile and present service team performance metrics in line with incentive and penalty structures. -Ensure all work orders are accurately maintained for seamless operational functionality.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, accurate financial settlements, and continuous improvement in warehouse and job site activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix-structured organization with strong coordination skills. -University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. -Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and data management tools. -Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in data interpretation and reporting. -Prior experience working with reputable companies in the industry. -Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility to meet deadlines and objectives. -Fluent in English (written & spoken); proficiency in local languages is a plus. Chinese language skills are an advantage. -2+ years of experience in the construction machinery or heavy equipment industry. -High resilience to manage complex situations and multitask under pressure.
