Install and replace commercial roofing systems on various commercial buildings.

Tasks

-Assisting the production crew with laying out material as needed -Complete the initial safety and technical training onboarding -Rotating (1) weekend per month On-Call Schedule -Demolition and removal of existing roofing material -Loading and unloading roofing material and equipment -Participating in continuous improvement initiatives -Maintaining a clean and safe work site

What You Bring

-Must be trustworthy and willing to work for periods unsupervised -Learning the basic technical details of various roof systems -3-Year Motor Vehicle Record meeting standards to drive company vehicles. (If hired as a driver) -Pass the 90-day introductory period -BASIC COMPUTER LITERACY REQUIRED -Excellent communicator, both oral and written- Customer Service skill set -Ability to operate mobile technology systems & programs -Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen & -Willingness to learn from other technicians & direct supervisors -3+ Years of experience in Commercial Roofing -Clear a National, State, and Local Background Check -Consistent & Reliable Timeliness & Attendance -Experienced with PVC, TPO, Sheet Metal, and Mod Bit Roofing details
