Tasks

This pivotal role is dedicated to delivering real-time, high-quality BIM support fully aligned with US time zones, standards, and industry culture. You will ensure the successful application of US BIM best practices across all projects, manage model coordination, and provide expert technical guidance to our US clients. -Oversee model development, coordination, and clash detection per US standards. -Work closely with global teams to ensure consistency across regions. -Track US BIM trends and client needs to inform strategy. -Act as a key bridge between the US market and our global operations. -Deliver expert BIM guidance to US clients and projects. -Standards Implementation - Apply US-specific BIM best practices.

What You Bring

We are seeking a proactive and experienced BIM Leader to serve as our primary technical anchor for the US market. Buildots is transforming construction management with AI and computer vision. -Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. -You must be located in the Eastern or Central time zones -Independent, dependable, and capable of making sound, informed decisions. -Solid background in the construction industry, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. -7+ years of experience in BIM, with proven leadership in civil engineering or architecture. -Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, IFC, and other core BIM tools. -Deep understanding of US BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
