The Role
Overview
Two-year development program supporting design, construction, and oversight of major capital projects.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Support design, engineering, and construction management activities within an assigned major program. -Perform code-required special inspections (i.e. steel bolting, fire alarm testing, hydrostatic pressure tests, concrete placement, and rebar inspections). -Prepare independent engineer’s estimates, cost analyses, and schedule reviews. -Develop technical reports and presentations that inform project decision-making. -Participate in update and coordination meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners. -Monitor contractor performance and compliance with contract requirements. -Contribute to jobsite safety oversight, review of look- aheads , and quality assurance activities.

What You Bring
-Familiarity with renewable energy and sustainability practices. -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and consultants. -Ability to analyze data and prepare clear, concise reports. -Excellent written and verbal communication. -Students receiving a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management between September 2025 and May 2026. -Proven problem-solving skills. -Strong academic achievement, analytical ability, and relevant work or internship experience in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
