The Role
Overview
Oversee parking staff & operations, handle client issues, and support admin at luxury hotel.

Tasks
-Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management. -Prepare reports, survey and conduct special projects as needed. -Supervise and manage all frontline associates, including supervisors, cashiers, valets, attendants and Shuttle drivers daily. -Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures. -Assist in shuttle fleet upkeep, preventative maintenance and repairs. -Handle damage claims and ensure each incident is documented and dealt with professionalism. -Assist in reviewing work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses. -Supervise the process of overnight payments and ensure accuracy for bookkeeper and revenue collection reports. -May be asked to fill in for Account Manager in his/her absence or on second shift/weekends. -Patrol and monitor safety and cleanliness of parking garage and facility. -Assist in reconciliation of timecards and submission of payroll for staff. -May be asked to fill in for front line associates during their absences. -Assist Account Manager with administrative duties. -This position assists with all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing the front-line team of several 3 valet stations Hotel, Residences and VIP Villas. The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset. -Promote Strong work ethics and accountability within the team, emphasizing honesty in all interactions. -Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues. -Provide continuous customer service and operations training to cashiers, valets, Supervisors and shuttle drivers to ensure high service standards and client expectations at the design location. -Make meaningful recommendations for hiring employees, appraising employee productivity, and/or disciplining employees, including termination.

What You Bring
-Strong abilities in Flash Parking Platform and Parkonnect required. -You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with supervisory experience in the parking, customer service, and/or hospitality industries. -Progressive supervisory experience with front-line team oversight -You have impeccable conversational and written communication skills. -Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus -You have strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills to develop a great team. -Familiarity with Flash parking and Parkonnect Platforms is a plus.
