-Identifying areas for improvement, working with support functions to deliver excellent customer experience. -Maintaining customer insights through CRM -Developing and managing the sales pipeline -Maintaining brand and business presence through effective communication and call cycles with channel partners and electrical contractors -Developing new & existing customers to increase market share -Product & brand conversion by promoting our products & services across various forums
