Overview

Handle night front desk duties, audit finances, and assist guests overnight

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements. -Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures. -Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction. -Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele. -Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred. -Computer experience preferred. -Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours. -Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. -High school graduate or equivalent. -Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
