Tasks

-Document procedures and guidelines related to desktop deployment and support. -Perform upgrades and patches to operating systems, applications, and hardware as required. -Participate in special projects and initiatives related to desktop deployment and support as required. -Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware components. -Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure that desktops and laptops are integrated into our overall network infrastructure. -Prepare and deploy desktops and laptops for end-users, including imaging, configuration, and testing. -Provide technical support to end-users on desktop-related issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems.

What You Bring

-Strong organizational and time management skills. -Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with hardware and software. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -Minimum of 2 years of experience with desktop deployment, hardware and software configuration, installation, and testing -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Experience with Ivanti imaging platform is a plus -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred -Strong technical knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware and software, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and anti-virus software. -Knowledge of scripting and automation tools is a plus.
