BO Chargeman, 33kV

Overview

Manage 33kV electrical services, HSE, vendor and client coordination in a data centre.

Tasks

-Ensure that the site is well maintained and correctly furnished/stocked to operate to maximum efficiency. -Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by the superior on a needs basis. -Work closely with HSE Executive in overall planning, executing and delivering HSE procedures to all activities at site. -Assist superior to ensure smooth running of meetings & events at the site. -Continuously improving service and train technical team -Liaise closely with the client on-site representatives to address problems and/or enhance working environment performance -100% compliance of site to key client and JLL audits -Work collaboratively with facilities team colleagues both within the account & in the wider JLL network -Review and spot-check to ensure that suppliers/service providers are meeting contractual obligations to the client. -To ensure the site provision of safe working environment and compliance to HSE standards. -Understand the operational & technical requirements of the site and ensure that current contracts are maintained to provide necessary supplies and services. -Assist with critical out-of-hours issues & participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations -undefined Lead major DC activities during non-office hours where appropriate -Provide backup support for the superior in times of absence. -Meet or exceed Client Satisfaction survey targets -Ensure that an effective Work Order system is maintained for rectification of any defective items/services & ensure that these are addressed in a timely manner -Clearly document & communicate all client expectations to the balance of the FM team

What You Bring

-equivalent data centre or critical facility. -3 - 4 years’ experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or -Having BO-33KV Chargeman Certificate is mandatory. -Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation. -Certificate/Diploma in a mechanical, electrical or operational engineering discipline. -5 - 8 years of relevant experience in engineering or critical environment space. -Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client and vendor staff. -Hands-on experiences and knowledge in M&E and building related systems, eg CRAC, chillers, -Be familiar with & operate to the Scope of Work/SLA’s/KPI’s as defined in the Master Agreement. -Must have 33KV Chargeman BO Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) -Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives, client relationship and preparation of -Competent in under taking Job Hazards Analysis (JHA)
