Manage Warm Homes project, delivering energy‑efficiency upgrades and contracts

Tasks

-Manage contracts to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. -Keep our residents informed and engaged throughout this energy transformation -Lead our Warm Homes, Wave 3 project, working in partnership with an excellent contractor and our consortium of other housing organisations to deliver impactful government grant-funded initiatives such as external wall insulation, air source heat pumps, and PV panels. -Secure additional funding and grants to support our long-term sustainability goals for technologies such as insulation, PV panels, and electric vehicle chargers.

What You Bring

-Full driving licence. -Education to degree level or equivalent in Building, Construction, or related fields, or relevant Project Management qualifications. -Contract and Project Management experience is essential for this role. -Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. -Proven experience in energy efficiency and funding sourcing is desirable.
