Tasks

-Complies with all policies and standards -Coordinate communication between contractors and the design teams -Permit coordination -Shop Drawings and submittal review -Takes initiative on tasks and in coordinating with other members of the design team -Provide construction related support to design teams, contractors, and clients -Review and respond to RFIs -Work directly with and become POC for contractors -Work with the Construction Admin and design teams to execute and assist in the following construction-related services: -Precon and course of construction meeting attendance

What You Bring

-Strong organizational skills and able to manage many projects at the same time -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred -Ability to effectively discuss project issues with contractors and reviewing agencies -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Open and transparent communication with senior leadership as well as local office management -Ability to solve problems using sound professional judgment, creativity and innovation -Complete visibility and involvement in the projects your team works on
