Tasks

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $175,000, along with overtime and per diem benefits. -Proven experience as a Superintendent in civil and utility installation projects. -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. -Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. -Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards. -Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical drawings. -Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus. -A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
