This role leads preconstruction activities, including budgeting, estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of public procurement processes, compliance requirements, and delivering projects on time and within budget. -Proven experience in K‑12 and public works construction projects -Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities -Strong estimating, budgeting, and preconstruction management skills -Knowledge of public procurement and compliance standards
