Tasks

-Support our Repairs team, to make sure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers. We'll will provide you with a company van, fuel card, tools and any PPE you'll need for the role. -Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

-Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades -Must have a valid UK driving licence -Experience as a Plasterer/Tiler, completing works to a high standard, ideally within a repairs service -Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn. We use mobile and hand-held devices to allocate jobs and for you to record your completion of work -Work primarily in the Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond. You'll have a fixed shift pattern of 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays in summer. In the winter, these hours will be 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays.
