Tasks

We are looking for a responsible motivated Training Advisor for delivering health and safety-based training to a large operational workforce based at our three operational site locations. -Assisting in the evaluation of training outcomes and reporting on effectiveness -Promoting a strong safety culture through consistent messaging and behavioural reinforcement -Designing and developing engaging training materials tailored to Terra Verde’s operational risks and scope -Supporting onboarding of new workers with safety-focused induction sessions -Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records, and continuously improving training processes -Delivering health and safety training across multiple project sites to a diverse operational workforce

What You Bring

-Skilled in communicating safe work practices and procedures -Experience in tunnelling or high-risk construction environments -Certificate IV in Training & Assessment -Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety -Familiarity with high-risk competencies (e.g. cranes, confined space, asbestos, traffic control)
