Prepare, handle, and supply materials; assist with scaffolding, concrete, and site cleanup.

Tasks

-Place, push, pull, and shovel concrete -Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels -Lift, unload, move, set, and shovel mortar and grout between wheelbarrows and buckets -Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5X7X16) and staging -General cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading or burning debris -Provide work direction and guidance to Laborer I, II, Helpers, and Apprentice -Load and unload equipment -Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over 50 lbs will be done with assistance of another team member or equipment.

We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. -Experience in construction preferred -Ability to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, and jackhammers; forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies -Completion of two-year apprenticeship program -Vibrate concrete -Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements -Strong teamwork orientation; positive attitude and professional customer service skills; detail orientation; active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback
