The Role

Deliver 5‑star concierge services and front‑desk support for high‑end residential buildings.

Tasks

-Providing all residents and guests with a 5-star service, ensuring exceptional front desk services. -Database maintenance, receiving and answering emails, telephone, and security intercom enquiries. -Ensuring entry and lifts are tidy and presentable. -Completing Incident Reports when necessary and responding to emergencies. -Assisting the Building Manager and Head Concierge with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing. -Securing resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning. -Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds.

-MEN UNIFORM - Black business suit, tie, and name badge. -Proven quality written and verbal communication skills. -Training is provided prior to first shift. -Front of house or customer service experience. -Capability to work within a team environment and follow Site Procedures and Company Policies. -LADIES UNIFORM - Black business suit, scarf, and name badge. -Availability to work late nights. -Computer literacy (use of Microsoft Word and Excel, e-mail and BuildingLink). -Punctuality and proactivity. -Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team.
