Tasks

About the Role: To ensure project quality and timely delivery by managing assigned teams, overseeing project deliverables, and maintaining compliance with BIM standards and workflows. -Execute the production of BIM models and shop drawings for construction. -Report progress regularly to the BIM Lead / Manager. -Extract and verify quantities from 3D Models. -Contribute to 4D Scheduling and Value Engineering. -Prepare RFIs / Clarifications and manage project documentation. -Distribute tasks and monitor progress within the team. -Ensure timely completion of all deliverables as per project schedule. -Audit and prepare documents for client submissions. -Support in team development, mentoring, and efficient resource utilization. -Review and ensure accuracy of BIM models and drawings as per BIM standards and project checklists.

-Soft Skills: Active listening, integrity, adaptability, and openness to change. -Experience: Minimum 2+ years in BIM Modelling / Coordination. -Software Expertise: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (essential). -Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. -Ability to handle a team of at least 10 resources efficiently. -Technical Skills: Strong communication, presentation, graphics, writing, designing, and modeling skills.
